One of my favourite authors @emilypfreeman spoke on a recent podcast about a “these are the days of” list. It is a great reflective tool to ground you in your now. Peace be with you as you start another week.

We have spent the morning in the garden soaking up some much needed sunshine and giving our garden some attention.

This little book has now been out on its own in the world for two months. I can scarcely believe it! 😊
