What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction (also called spiritual companioning) is a sacred conversation. It is a space of quiet contemplation where you are invited to get quiet enough to listen for the gentle invitation of God in your life.
It is not counselling, coaching, or therapy. It is a safe space where Jodie offers a gentle prayerful presence holding space for you to notice the movement of God in your life.

As a writer, Jodie is particularly drawn to companioning writers and other creatives, as they navigate the ebbs and flows of the creative life. This is a place to bring your everyday life and your creative work before God, and to explore how your creativity and faith are intertwined.
