On Monday night Mr came home and said “I think we need a TV free night tonight, in fact I think we need a TV free week”, and with that I introduce our Wordplay for this week:
fast: to abstain from eating all or certain food or meals, esp. as a religious observance; an act or period of fasting
So this week we are fasting TV, because we need to.
Have a think about it, maybe there is something you need to fast too?

I often fast reading novels because they distract me from writing! I also fast from social media on occasions.
That’s great Elaine. I love the idea fasting is not always about the thing you give up but that sometimes you fast from one thing in order to concentrate on another for a while 🙂
